I am a fully qualified registered architect and a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. I have been active in the industry for over twenty years and have been registered since 1999. I have been employed in various good architectural companies and have amassed experience in the design of high quality buildings. If you wish to modify an existing house or build a new house, the practice offers services throughout the entire process. Whether this is a feasibility study, planning application, building regulation application through to a fully comprehensive service, it is up to you the client. It is recognized that it can be challenging for a domestic client to have changes made to their home, or indeed the building of a new home. Your architect can take care of any necessary inquiries and negotiations with the local authority with regards to planning law and building regulations and oversee the works on site if required.
