At all stages of design Andy seeks to unlock the hidden value that can be found in every project. He leads teams on projects of all sizes and is a strong and committed player on the design team. Civil engineers design the infrastructure which surrounds our everyday life. They are vital to the quality of the environments in our communities, and endeavour to achieve considered and sympathetic design of roads, highways, bridges, drainage, flooding and landscaping.

A member of the RIBA, and an ARB registered Architect with 25 years' experience in the design and leadership of multidiscipline design teams delivering world class buildings across many building types and sectors in the UK and internationally. His specific interest is to pursue design excellence in integrated whole-life sustainable buildings and structures. Graham has always brought an imaginative and very professional attitude to the design work he has done for me. He is always been open and able to rise to a challenge.

Murray has extensive expertise in the construction industry providing surveying consultancy across a range of sectors. Murray chairs the Building Surveying Group across Ridge and has developed a keen interest in the education, training and development of Graduate Surveyors. We offer a wealth of experience, expertise and local knowledge to support you at every stage of property investment from ownership and occupation, to acquisition and disposal. Ridge supports a wide range of clients to manage their property portfolios, projects and transactions.

Jason is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 25 years' experience in the industry. He excels in building strong working relationships with all clients, consultants and key members of the delivery team. Jason has experience across multiple sectors, particularly those that require a knowledge and understanding of volume handovers. Supporting our clients from inception to completion and beyond, our team works with clients on stakeholder engagement, site selection, planning, corporate identity and workplace design.

Chartered Building Services Engineer - BEng (Hons) CEng MCIBSE MIET with over 25 years' experience in the industry. Phil is Managing Partner for our Bristol and Cardiff Offices and leads our Building Services Engineering discipline, which has over 100 engineers based across 8 locations. He is very active in our defence and security sector and leads projects with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the MOD and Boeing Defence. As well as supporting these major clients, he also leads regional projects with regional design teams.
