Architects in Manche This mixed use project in Manchester includes seven storey residential block, car park floor and a health and fitness club. The scheme is designed around a landscaped courtyard with two blocks facing the main roads. Our architects aim was to produce land mark architecture with sustainable uses to support the Manchester regeneration's aims. The Proposed building will balance the forms and size of the existing buildings at this urbane landmark as visitors approach the site from city centre on Upper Brook Street.
Garsdale Lane, Bolton This residential project is produced for Khan Boxing Development on the garden of their existing House. The project includes swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, living hall and bedrooms. Our architects worked closely with client, contractor and subcontractors to correct the problems with the design and construction of the building. We developed the interior design architecture of the building by improving the space organization as well as selecting finishes, lighting and air conditioning system for the building.
Minerva Road, Bolton This Urbanisation project is located on a vacant rail way site with dense T.P.O tree lines accessed from Minerva Road in Bolton. The brief to our architects was to maximise the value of the land. The site has restricted access and steep fall toward the rear. The project includes a flexible Office Centre on Ground and First floors with a Banqueting and Conference Centre on Lower Ground. We have produced an Interior Architecture design for the Office Centre and Banqueting and Conference Hall.
Cheshire Architects Urban Regeneration in Central Village, Liverpool This regeneration project in Liverpool includes Retail, Leisure, Hotels, Offices, Residential, Shopping Centre and a Health and Fitness club. The project was originally formed by our design team as the redevelopment of Rapid properties and subsequently expanded to include the additional properties. The site was owned and developed in phases by Mere Park and Rapid. This project with exciting modern architecture will produce a significant contribution to regeneration of Liverpool City Centre.
