Our teams plan, design and manage projects for clients in a wide variety of sectors and ranging in value from small scale repair schemes to multi million pound new developments. Kendall Kingscott was established in 1962 and has always worked with public and private clients.

We are a multi-disciplinary consultancy practice with a client-focussed approach to delivering building projects. Our business covers Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design and CDM Advisor services along with a number of complementary services such as Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) Assessments, Passivhaus Design, Accessibility Audits, Party Wall Surveying and Fire Risk Assessment. We are happy to tailor our services to suit each individual project and can be appointed to more than one discipline or to lead a multidisciplinary team from our in house departments or from our consultant supply chain.

We have a vacancy in Teddington for an APC level or MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team. We offer a wide range of interesting and challenging project experience covering Retail, Residential, Education, Health and Commercial sectors. In addition to traditional QS work there is the opportunity to undertake EA/PM duties on a number of these schemes. We are seeking a dynamic individual looking for the next step in the development of their career to join the Building Surveying department in our Bristol Office.
