Procuring your own building is never going to be simple but DSA will endeavor to make the process as straight forward for you as possible. We break the whole thing down into a number of stages; you can use us for one or all of these stages, we will relate our fee proposals back to them so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. Having fixed your brief we will present and develop the scheme through CAD plans and 3D modelling until you are happy with your building. It may be necessary at this stage to involve other consultants in the process such as a structural engineer and we will consult with the local planning officer to gauge the feasibility of the proposal.
