HTC Architects were formed by the merger of two well established Leeds based Architectural Practices, D J Curtis & Associates Ltd. and Humphreys Teal Partnership. In addition to performing the traditional architect's role, we also act as CDM coordinator, party wall surveyors, provide DDA consultants and offer construction and design related services through our partnering consultants.

From a traditional architectural role, we also act as CDM co-ordinators, party wall surveyors, and provide DDA compliency advice together with project management. Our national client base of owner-occupiers, developer, public and private sector industries are served by a team dedicated to good design with economic and practical considerations of our clients individual requirements. Our previous and current experiences lay mainly in commercial, industrial and retail. This is complimented with refurbishment and conversions together with residential projects.
