ECD Project Teams work within a simple structured hierarchy which allows for clear task definition and continuous review of work. This hierarchy is overseen by a Project Director, responsible for the project at a strategic level, managed by a Senior Project Architect, responsible for the project at an operational level, and includes a BIM Manager to manage and review the production, distribution and quality of the project information in accordance with BS1192: 2007 and PAS 1192-2: 2013.
