Niche Architects

Niche Architects LLP was founded by Jeremy Emmerson and Stephen Luxford in 2008. This formalised the working relationship that had seen the two partners collaborate on a number of residential and mixed-use projects since 2003. We design innovative contemporary modern buildings, recognisable buildings, buildings with their own identity that enhance their setting, integrate with their older neighbours, yet tell the story of their time.
