NVDC is an architectural design and build practice based in Glasgow, Scotland. The practice evolved from NV Properties, our design-led, property development company, which was established in 1997. Chartered architect Farahbod Nakhaei and business partner Homan Varghaei are the driving force behind the company who maintain a focus on delivering the best architectural solutions and striking contemporary spaces. We care about delivering on time and on budget, and we're keen to make bespoke design as accessible as possible.

Good design results from a creative and collaborative process and leads to the best possible realisation of your vision. Any design and construction project should be a close collaboration between all parties involved: the designer, the end-users and the builder. By combining the roles of designer & builder, we streamline the whole procurement process, ensuring you get the best of both worlds. Our recent planning application for a new flatted development in the Kelvinside area of Glasgow has been featured on Urban Realm! NVDC Dental Architects are pleased to have completed the design of another practice for our client Mahesh, owner of M-Brace Orthodontics. Previously in 2012, NVDC designed Mahesh's second practice in Bathgate and have since expanded the practice to suit our clients growing needs. Site Update: Works is progressing well on site in Wimbledon, London. The project comprises a contemporary two-storey extension with a modular form.
