The company was founded in 2002 by Paul Sargent & Geoffrey Eaton, and began in a small office in a converted attic in the Hornchurch/Upminster area and, as the company grew, they moved out of the attic and into the office space below. Continuing their expansion, they then moved to a bigger office across the road and through their constant expansion and continued business over the last 14 years, this summer @Architect have moved again to the West Horndon/ Brentwood area, staying an Essex-based business but giving the company better transport links into London to see their clients all over the UK.
Whilst the lockdown has seen restaurants closing there is always work going on behind the scenes and this breath taking transformation has taken place inside a Victorian railway viaduct. Wasabi will soon be serving their authentic, handmade Japanese Sushi and Bento at London Bridge and it is not.
This luxurious development is a sight to behold by using vertical timber cladding, brick, hardwood horizontal cladding and clay tiling this new development was designed to take reference from traditional historic rural buildings but with a contemporary twist #architecture #new development #.

Works have re-commenced and we're happy to be back after lockdown Astor Court, London E16 is being developed to create new flats, refurbish existing flats and contain ground floor retail units @ Architect will be seeing this right the way through to completion so we're looking forward to seeing.
