Bubble Architects

Bubble architects have completed a new office fit out for a production company. The floor area of 3,650sqft over 3 storeys is located in the heart of London Soho. Bubble worked closely with the client over a 6 month period to design a bespoke interior that fitted their organisation. It includes open plan office areas, conference and meeting facilities and kitchen with breakout spaces that can also be used for meetings. Storage walls have been designed behind full height lacquered doors and a bespoke printer area.

A total of 30,000 sqm of office space was provided in 5 new office buildings on a brownfield site. The first building was completed in less than 2 years from initial brief to occupation. The building was designed to allow for either a single tenant or multiple tenancies. It uses a 9 metre structural grid and has a central atrium to bring daylight into the heart of the building. An extensive landscaping scheme provides attractive amenity spaces, as well as designated car parking, for each building.

A mixed use retail and office building on Oxford Street provides 2,700 sqm of accommodation over seven floors. Retail accommodation is provided at basement, ground and first floor levels with four levels of office space located above. A full height atrium provides an attractive office entrance located on Oxford Street. The building has been designed to allow for single or multiple occupancy. It achieves a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating. The building was nominated for the Property Week 2011 Office Award.
