JRA's London studio is set across six floors in a converted period warehouse on Southbank. Expansive windows reveal meeting rooms, reception and the company's extensive model collection against a backdrop of original artwork. The studios communicate our creative work culture, incorporating open plan workspace, break-out areas and innovative spaces tailored to the needs of a lively architecture practice.

Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP), JRA was appointed to deliver this major residential development next to Tate Modern on London's Bankside for Native Land and Grosvenor. JRA's experience of innovative housing developments led First Base to commission them to work with Porphyrios Associates on the design of this large North London housing project. Working with Richard Rogers Partnership, JRA drew on their knowledge of pre-fabrication, procurement and project management to develop a rational concept for the cladding system.
