DRY Ltd was founded in 2006 by merging three established practices. The partners Oliver Empson-Ridler and Louise Yates have now developed DRY Architects into an established practice specialising in the high end residential market as well as general housing and commercial projects. Once based in Holland Park and Hampshire we have moved London base to Fitzrovia, our main areas of activity are central London with projects also completed in the home counties and Switzerland. We have the skills needed to restore heritage buildings with care and sensitivity while also guaranteeing they feature 21st century technology.

DRY ARCHITECTS has over 30 years experience of dealing with complex Planning issues on projects in central London and over that time have achieved a high success rate especially on Listed Buildings. We work closely with Local Authorities & English Heritage as well as Freeholders and organisations such as The Wellcome Trust, Cadogan and Grosvenor Estates. We are able to act as Lead Consultant and co-ordinate a team which may include, Structural and Mechanical Engineers, AV specialists, Quantity Surveyors and Interior Designers.
