ACRE Services is based in Witham Essex, providing design, installation, maintenance and repair predominantly to air conditioning and refrigeration systems. With many years of experience, we are certain that we have a solution for commercial as well as domestic clients. Following acceptance of our terms - design, installation, maintenance and service is carried out by our friendly and professional engineers.

ACRE supply and install Lailey & Coates units which have been designed from scratch by British heating engineers who themselves have extensive experience of installing heat pumps in UK homes. They understand the issues you face and have designed products that are easier to install commission and maintain. Most heat pumps sold in the UK are designed to function in both heating and cooling modes which requires design compromises. As such Lailey & Coates have optimised their units for heating only, maximising performance between -2 and +7 degrees when the heat pump is working hardest.

ACRE Services offer all our clients planned, preventative maintenance contracts, which are tailor made to suit each one's particular demands and offer complete peace of mind. Why maintain your air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation systems? Mechanical systems contain moving parts which require regular attention. It is also a duty of care and a statutory obligation to have these systems checked regularly. Regular checks are designed to improve the efficiency and reduce running costs as well as improving the quality of the environment the product is in.

Available in capacities from 2 to 22 m3, with choice of three thicknesses of insulation and two heights. Specially designed for use with monobloc type refrigerated equipment and use of interior shelving. We also supply a full range of cold rooms, prefabricated and demountable, made of sandwich panels insulated with polyurethane.
