Beehive Coils design and build evaporator coils, condenser coils, oil radiators, CO2 coils (low and high pressure), fan coils, integral & enclosure unit ranges, pipework, our own tube-in-tube coaxial condenser range, flat bed units & much more! At Beehive, we are more than flexible and will do all we can to help meet your needs thanks to the vast array of tooling options we offer - meaning we can assist with the simplest replacement coils right up to specialised design briefs which require us to come up with unique, inventive and resourceful solutions whilst still keeping economy in mind!

Beehive was originally established in the historic horse racing town of Newmarket during 1968 by The Chairman (Frederick J. Bartram). The Chairman had already been working in the refrigeration industry since the early 1940's so had an extensive field of experience in air conditioning design and was instrumental in creating the foundations to which our design programs in use today have been built around. Sadly, the Chairman (Frederick J. Bartram) passed away in 2014 after nearly 50 years in the company, working almost every day, even at the age of 93.

Beehive has the latest technology pipe bending/CNC machinery which give us the ability to produce bulk manufacture of all kinds of copper pipework from small capillary sizes all the way up to 4 1/8 OD pipework. We can offer small quantity bespoke design or bulk supply of all kinds of copper pipework, copper return bends, receivers, gilled tubing (plain or tinned) and complete pipework assemblies including valves either supplied loose or attached to our coils if required. Additionally, we also manufacture our own headers and bends on site from our extensive stock material at Beehive meaning we can always offer you great lead times.

Although we always suggest a new coil is generally the safest and most economic way to go to ensure you get the most out of your unit, we do also offer a limited repair/re-test service to most types of existing coils if you just need a quick fix! Contact Beehive for a rough estimate and then send the coil down to us for a firm quotation to make sure you are happy before we start any repair work. We think our replacement coil service is the best around and thanks to the vast array of different tooling in-house at Beehive, we are able to match most existing coil designs in a like-for-like replacement ensuring your HVAC equipment has a new lease of life when fitting a new Beehive coil in place of the old unit.
