A Commercial EPC assessment involves a comprehensive survey of your building taking into account all the factors that affect its energy efficiency. All aspects of the building such as the materials used in its construction, the Heating/Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Hot Water and Lighting systems and units. The commercial EPC survey can take at least two hours to carry out and is then followed by a period of analysis of the survey data to produce the certificate and a detailed recommendation report highlighting any potential areas for improvement.
