Building Services Ltd was formed in May 1993 to provide a multi-disciplined service and maintenance facility for the Heating and Air Conditioning industry, our engineers are trained to current mechanical/electrical standards & regulations, and all of them hold Gas Safe ACOPS certificates. Their Qualifications enable them to operate and work hands-on with Industrial, Commercial and Domestic appliances and equipment, and a number of our engineers hold 16th edition regulation electrical certificates.
As well as reliable Air Conditioning, it is also important that you have an equally reliable maintenance facility being provided. GTBS Ltd can offer this service whilst ensuring all our staff are regularly trained and fully qualified to do so. We are an F.Gas/Refcom approved company providing a level of service to ensure that all works carried out are done so to meet the strict environmental policies that are enforced and also to meet current regulations. Our engineers are able to work with a large number of mediums, such as Gas, Oil, Electric and more, and we are also Safecontractor and Oftec approved.
