Daw Refrigeration is a company primarily involved in services to the food industry, established in 1981 as a family partnership now trading as a limited company located in the southwest Exeter Devon. Daw Refrigeration offer air conditioning and refrigeration contractors throughout the southwest, providing top quality services at competitive prices. Daw Refrigeration are proud to take on DeLaval, servicing, maintaining, and installing new DeLaval milking parlours. We are proud to offer service and maintenance on all makes and models of milking parlour giving you 24 hour breakdown cover, and bringing your parlour up to spec for farm assurance purposes.

Cubicle shed lighting designed and installed by the Daw Refrigeration team. The lighting seen here fills a 55m by 25 cubicle house. The lighting is designed to give an average light level of 200 lux. This is done using the latest in LED technology. The Led lighting gives a brilliant white light and uses less than half the energy of conventional lighting system. Daw Refrigeration offer various forms of air conditioning to suit the customer's needs, from large ducted fully temperature controlled systems, to smaller indoor units. We offer commercial and residential air conditioning systems, cooling and heating, giving the ability for all year round temperature control. We offer a wide range of versatile and energy-efficient single and multi split systems, to cover small and medium size commercial applications and all residential setups. All of our products offer best-in-class efficiency thanks to high performance inverters and smart designs.

Daw Refrigeration can design and install high quality temperature controlled cold and freezer rooms. These rooms are built from the latest in insulated cold wall paneling. We design and build cold rooms for food products incorporating general purpose chilling, freezing, and also production areas. These rooms provide you with an easily cleaned, water tight, and insulated environment to help meet the latest standards in food hygiene. We install from start to finish including all electrical work. We also manufacture meat hangers, made to fit storage and shelving.

We offer commercial and industrial electrical installation and testing services from small extensions up to large industrial size projects. Daw Refrigeration has a competent team of fully qualified electricians with years of experience. Our electrical contracting department offers a wide range of services from agricultural installations, power generation, lighting schemes, CHP, distribution board inspections, building lighting, testing and inspecting fire alarm systems, and all other commercial and industrial electrical installations.

Daw Refrigeration supply various makes and models of dairy water heaters up to and including 1080 litres. Depending on your requirements we can supply and install fully pressurised or vented water heaters. Both types of water heater are available with 48 hour heating time clocks, as well as timed filling clocks. By limiting the filling to a specific time, you can make sure you are not diluting the already hot water with more cold water. This provides energy efficient usage for tanks and parlours whilst critically maintaining wash temperatures.

Daw Refrigeration provides all types of commercial retail refrigeration for the food industry, from small display cabinets to large scale commercial refrigeration units. Choosing the right fridge / freezer is essential for you business. Undersized units will not provide sufficient cooling, whereas oversized units waste energy.
