We provide a full range of specialist commercial kitchen ventilation services, including manufacture, installation, service and maintenance of these systems, to enable us to provide a complete ventilation solution to our customers. In addition to manufacturing, installing and maintaining our own Exoair range of kitchen ventilation canopies and equipment, we also provide a full range of service and maintenance programmes for many other brands of commercial kitchen ventilation, along with Amerex and Ansul fire protection systems.

Established in 2004 with our head offices based in the South of England, Exoair is a fast growing, acknowledged market leader in the service and maintenance of specialist Commercial Kitchen Extract and Ventilation systems. We have an excellent reputation for assessing business needs in a changing marketplace and delivering intelligent, practical and proactive service and maintenance solutions. In addition to designing many of the UV systems in use today, Exoair innovation has also been behind major milestones in the development of clean duct technologies used in building and construction, commercial and industrial kitchen extract systems, ventilation systems and retail markets for more that 20 years.

Our service and maintenance contracts offer nationwide cover, 24 hours per day, 365 day per year, all with guaranteed response times. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly and efficiently, and operate a first fix policy with 24 hour support. We have dedicated service and maintenance vehicles which carry a wide range of spares for a variety of extract and ventilation systems, to ensure we are prepared for any eventuality. Our warehousing plant is fully stocked and holds high level stocks of UV components, Ansul and Amerex parts, Water Wash canopy spares, ecology unit spares, electric motors, fan drive belts and inverters on the shelf.
