The main materials used for the heat exchanger primary surfaces are copper and cupro nickel with secondary surfaces of aluminium or copper. Additional protection of the aluminium can be offered with the use of a polyester coating and for copper we can offer an electro tinned finish. Where replacement heat exchangers are required and site access is limited we can manufacture heat exchangers in kit form which can be assembled in situ by the client, or by our specialised service team. Finished heat exchangers are protected and packed on pallets, or in cases and delivery is made by carriers experienced in the handling of our goods.
Bespoke & Custom coils along with Matrix can be supplied to your requirements. These with or without fins to suit your needs. All applications catered for from chilled water to steam. In respect of refrigeration coils we can supply to a very high standard evaporators & condensers across all ranges of refrigerant including R410A. Fins and coatings range from plain aluminium, polyester coated fin, copper of which can be either electroplated or have a Blygold protection. Blygold protection also applies to Plain Aluminium Fin configurations.
From the information supplied by the client the confirmation of the design specifications are checked against our bespoke program. The issue of the confirmed quotation followed by design drawings for approval. Coils are predominately in 5/8" & 3/8" in various fin or bare tube patterns depending on duty & operational requirements. This applies to Refrigeration coils as well. Turn around time are purely dependant the approvals of the drawings supplied along with specific special order materials required in the manufacture of the unit.
