Aqua Group, based at our Head Office in Fareham, Hampshire are the UK's leading specialist in Process Chillers and associated products & services. Our packaged Industrial Chiller Units have cooling capacities from 1kW - 3,564kW. With ambient cooling systems are capable of up to 100MW. Providing the flexibility we need to meet our customers' requirements, no matter how individual they may be. Aqua Group also provide a complete package of mechanical and electrical installation services. This includes pumps, tanks and heat exchanger sets.

Aqua offer design, installation and maintenance services for air conditioning, ventilation and filtration and air extraction systems. Our systems ensure the optimum environments are maintained for both staff and customers thereby improving productivity and comfort. We serve customers from many different market segments including the public sector, retail, industrial and commercial, hospitality, military and IT/data centres, where accurate temperature control can be critical to operations. All installations are managed by one of our dedicated Project Managers from the moment the order is placed until the system has been commissioned and handed over to you.

Free Cooling - Aqua offer Free Cooling either integrated and factory fitted, or as a bolt-on option that can be retro-fitted to existing industrial equipment - the technology gives incredible energy and cost savings across the board. Aqua's desire to sell and improve existing industrial cooling systems goes hand in hand with our Free Cooling technology. Whether it's a separate bolt on Free Cooler or our range of energy saving industrial Free Cooling Chillers, both reduce electrical power usage by utilising lower ambient air temperatures to cool the return water whenever possible, with as little as a couple of kw's in the winter months.

Water Treatment Services - Aqua Group offer a range of water treatment services, available as part of one of our Planned Preventative Maintenance plans, which are vital for Legionella management. Legionnaires disease is a potentially fatal infection. The disease is caught by the inhalation of droplets of water from water systems containing the organism at high levels. Although legionnaires disease is relatively rare, other infections can also occur, such as Pontiac Fever and Lochgoilhead Fever. The true numbers of Legionella infections are not known, but the detected outbreaks attract massive publicity and could cause system operators to be prosecuted for serious offences.

The Aqua team are experienced in working across an array of manufacturing industries, both small and large scale. Including engineering, food processing, chemical and technological. Aqua's product range includes industrial and Process Chillers, Cooling Towers and ambient cooling products such as Adiabatic, Hybrid and Air Blast Coolers, as well as Free Cooling options. We focus on highly energy efficient, cost effective cooling system design, which drastically reduces energy consumption and enables clients to benefit from subsequent annual cost savings.

Chiller Maintenance - Aqua offer bespoke, planned maintenance programmes for all major brands of chillers and cooling equipment. Whilst new chiller equipment has a manufacturer's warranty as standard, it is only valid if the equipment is correctly & professionally serviced from the outset (normally service record data is requested against warranty claims). To this end, our Aqua Service team offer bespoke preventive Chiller Maintenance plans to ensure your specific requirements are met. These incorporate a planned programme of both routine and specialist maintenance to maximise running efficiency and to extend equipment life span.

Emergency Breakdown - Aqua Group have a team of specialist Process Cooling engineers located across the UK. So expert help is never too far away should your equipment fail. Our engineers are familiar with all the main brands of Cooling equipment. Not just our own, so our team are able to assist even if you didn't initially purchase from us. We know speed of response is key and fully understand the challenges and issues a breakdown scenario can cause. Having worked with service clients for over a decade we appreciate that on the rare occasion something does go wrong the effects can be really damaging.

Chiller Service - an Aqua service contract, or preventive maintenance plan, ensures the efficiency, effectiveness and longevity of your cooling equipment and gives you total peace of mind. Aqua's Chiller Service & Maintenance division, Aqua Service, provides a comprehensive after-care package to clients across the UK. Our engineers are trained to work on all the main chiller brands. Including Airedale, Blue Box/Swegon, Carrier, Climaveneta, Corema, Hiross, MTA, Nova Frigo, Stulz, Trane, Smardt and York as well as our own Aqua and Hitema units.

Our comprehensive range of Industrial Boilers includes Gas, Oil, and Dual Fuel options from 22kW three phase to 1.2MW. Combined with Heaters and ancillaries - Aqua Hire offer a complete Temperature Control solution.
