Heatspec is an East Midlands based Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning company supplying bespoke heating installations, cooling applications, ductwork, fans and comfort cooling services to both domestic, commercial and industrial clients. We carry out routine service maintenance, breakdown repairs and installation services for all makes of warm air heaters, gas and oil fired boilers, air handling units, ventilation equipment and air conditioning units. We have a strong relationship with Viessmann, being a Viessmann Partner we can help anyone with any type of Viessmann boiler and can recommend and design all manor of heating systems.

Warm air heating is a fantastic method of heating for domestic premises or large warehouses, we use only the best equipment to gain best heating results. Suspended units, floor standing or ducted systems can all be tailored to suit. Wet systems can be done on a heat only system or including hot water supply either on a domestic system or a full commercial property/ school or other. Modular boilers and sectional boilers are included. This is a great way of heating a certain area directly underneath the radiant system such as a production line or sports halls.

This will shut down your equipment sooner so costing less to run. With technology ever evolving we can now offer systems which are controlled over the internet and on smart phones as an app. This giving you greater control of your heating whilst out of your home or office. TRV's can be put on radiators to shut down at pre set temperatures, again helping the system to become more efficient. These can be manually set by hand, or we can get digital versions now which are pre set with times and temperatures and you can control each radiator remotely.

Whether you have a single appliance or a site with many appliances we can plan service and maintenance schedules and provide a Service Contract which will create a bespoke package suited to you. We can plan to suit your needs when the service is carried out yearly. This can also include a mix of appliances to include heating and cooling. With a contract a price is agreed so you know what your paying for the service and consumables but parts will be on top if any remedials are needed. On multiple appliance sites we can calculate a competitive price including a discount.
