No two dust extraction ductwork systems are the same so every installation has to be considered by merit by a competent design engineer. At Heaton Green our experienced design engineers ensure that every system is considered and designed to meet the systems specific requirements. With years of experience in creating bespoke dust extraction systems our engineers understand that it is important of ductwork being correctly sized so that air velocities are maintained and pressure losses to a minimum.

Our highly skilled workforce are able to offer competitive fabrication work at our 1250m manufacturing facility. A plasma cutting machine is able to profile component parts swiftly and accurately and the workshop has overhead crane facilities of 15 tonnes capacity, meaning that we can handle large fabrications.
