Scot-Vent Limited is a small company of ventilation engineers employing 12 sheet metal workers and installation engineers. We are accredited with most Authoritative bodies and offer the service of design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of all types of ventilation systems. Operating throughout the Scottish Mainland and Islands, we manufacture all of our ductwork in our own workshops from galvanised, aluminium, stainless steel and PVC materials, and are experienced in all disciplines of domestic, commercial and industrial applications.
Split system air conditioning provides an efficient and effective way of heating and cooling commercial or industrial properties, and with over thirty-nine years experience, Scot-Vent Limited is the natural choice of installer for many companies. The split systems require an indoor and outdoor unit, connected with copper pipework, and can be cassette types mounted in a ceiling, wall mounted, or duct mounted in a ceiling void where only the associated grilles are visible. Whatever type is chosen, the indoor section is unobtrusive, quiet and efficient.
As with all installation that contains electrical equipment, whether it be Ventilation or Air Conditioning, maintenance is a vital component in keeping the system operating efficiently. This service is offered on all contracts undertaken by Scot-Vent Limited, and also on equipment installed by others. We would be pleased to provide a quote for six monthly or yearly maintenance visits, dependant on the type of equipment involved, and provide experienced personnel to undertake the work. Scot-Vent Limited also undertake COSHH Maintenance and Test Records of all types of LEV equipment, which will not only allow your company to comply with current legislation, but can also give early indications of potential problems and thus prevent costly down time of the system.
Scot-Vent Limited are experienced in the design, manufacture and installation of odour control systems in multiple environments and locations. Utilising activated carbon filters, monoshell filters or water scrubbers, we have the knowledge to remove harmful or unpleasant odours, either naturally occurring, or from industrial process, and offer a bespoke service to overcome whatever odour problem is present. Specialising in neutralising odours associated with the water treatment industry and the food production industry, we would be pleased to offer our in-house design service to produce a practical and cost effective solution to whatever the odour problem.
