We have our own in house design team ready to embark upon new works including extension to or refurbishment of existing services.
Be it a single computer room or whole office block, we can deliver a fully functioning system which will run smoothly and effectively. Our partners, including Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Daikin and Fujitsu are all world-class manufacturers and pioneers in the field. They all invest heavily in research that consistently improves the design of air conditioning systems. The next stage, on receipt of an order, is the detailed design process. This may incorporate full specifications into CAD drawings and, where appropriate, we will outline different options for routing of equipment.
One large area of work for us is the inspection and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment (not necessarily installed by us) Many emergency breakdown calls are avoidable if equipment has been adequately maintained. Typically we offer 12 month maintenance contracts including two visits, renewable annually, but we are happy to tailor the contract to meet your individual needs.
