When I ordered the skip I was given a price and was not told it was for a certain time period.
When the skip was dropped off and I paid cash (no receipt given) the gentlemen asked me when I wanted it collected and I asked if it was ok to ring when ready to collect. I was told this was fine.
This was friday
Today someone came to collect the skip. He was rude and absolutely horrible. He argued back at me when I was trying to explain previous.
I would not expect this service from anyone . I had previously used the company with no problems and I had that skip for a week.
I would not recommend this company at all.
It costs you nothing to be polite and not argue back to a customer.
