Our operations are controlled by the District/County Planning Authorities and the Environment Agency. We are pleased to advise you that we are able to recycle at least 90% of the waste that we collect from you.
So, the first washing machine we bought from you tripped the trip switch repeatedly. We brought it back and you supplied another washing machine as a replacement. This one appeared to work initially, but didn't heat the water. You supplied another (used not new) element but it is the wrong part, which we only discovered today when my son-in-law came to fit it. Every trip to you involves my son-in-law travelling to us from Trimley St Mary Nr Ipswich, removing the back gate, carrying the washing machine round the alley to his 4x4 and lifting it in, then driving from Colchester to you in Brightlingsea. We then have to repeat the procedure with the 'new' washing machine when we get it back here. We have done this twice. My kitchen floor has been soaked twice. I really have had enough now and I STILL don't have a washing machine that works :(
