From our modern fabrication facility and utilising the latest BIM-compliant and 3D modelling techniques, we provide a full service from initial concept design through to on-site installation. Our factory production control ensures that all structural steel components are fully CE marked up to and including Execution Class 3. One of the key parts of successfully delivering structural and architectural steel projects is the design process. We utilise Tekla 3D modelling software and the latest structural modelling methods to provide a complete structural and detailed design service to our clients.

We have extensive knowledge and experience of the rail infrastructure sector, having successfully delivered numerous projects on Network Rail, TfL and the Crossrail programme as well as currently working on the High Speed 2 (HS2) EWC Demolition Framework.

Kilnbridge is a leading fire protection contractor with unrivalled expertise, providing solutions in the specification and installation of passive fire protection systems throughout the UK and internationally. We are FIRAS accredited installers of fire protection systems which provides our clients with the assurance that our installers, supervision and management systems continue to meet industry specific standards. FIRAS certification has been instrumental in improving standards of installation of fire protection products and systems to the benefit of the construction industry and the clients it serves.

These are supported by our internal engineered solution and BIM services, which assist projects with designs, project management and multi-disciplinary expertise, and K-PLANT, which manages a comprehensive range of professionally maintained plant, equipment and capabilities. Kilnbridge has developed a reputation for the successful delivery of complex building and civil engineering projects and specialises in a range of structural works packages.

Kilnbridge is a leading concrete cutting and controlled demolition specialist contractor operating throughout the UK and internationally. We carry out diamond core drilling for penetrations up to 1m in diameter and to depths of up to 4m as standard. Special diameters and greater depths are available on request. For very large or irregular openings, we offer stitch drilling, making a series of overlapping holes to cut through concrete of any thickness. Using this method, we have successfully cut openings through and removed various structures, from door openings in heavily reinforced bank vaults, to openings in deep concrete slabs for pile installation.
