The Communication Centre allows us to keep an eye on your assets and manage our security response. Providing automated, real time attendance monitoring of our Security Officers, complete with provision of an audit trail for our clients, we are able to deploy our Fast Response Teams to alerts received from Alarm Receiving Centres. Advanced vehicle tracking ensures not only the fastest response time, but also speed and idling times to ensure that CO2 emissions are minimised. Routine remote CCTV surveillance and response to motion-activated cameras are also carried out from the Centre, triggering despatch of a Fast Response Team or visual verification, enabling us to alert the Police or other emergency services as appropriate.
Today marks my final day as a Ward Security employee. 11 years with many highs and some lows (not too many fortunately) I will really miss the people at Ward Security. I have made some great friends over the years. Ward Security is a fantastic company to work for, but I am ready for my next challenge. For the many friends and colleagues I have worked with over a decade, good luck, I will miss you all stay in touch!
