Whilst response times can never be guaranteed by any company due to keyholding being a shared service, our business model means that we are best placed to provide industry-leading response times. Our Alarm Response and Keyholding Service removes both risk and inconvenience of having to respond to out of hours activations. The response service can be linked to any device capable of sending a signal out to an alarm receiving centre, whether that's your intruder, fire or panic alarm, or even reacting to events caught on your monitored CCTV system.

Alarm Response and Key holding's out of hours control room function is operated out of our sister company's facility, VRC Monitoring Solutions. VRC is an industry leading alarm receiving center, providing an CAT2 NSI Gold BS8418 surveillance service. Vigilant CCTV and alarm monitoring services can noticeably decrease the amount of burglary and criminal damage caused to secure premises. The monitoring station, purpose-built in compliance with both BS 5979 and BS 8418, has created a unique solution combining industry-leading technology with highly motivated, Security Industry Association (SIA) licensed Operators to provide you and your premises with a highly effective security solution.

We will safeguard a set of your keys, unmarked and secure ready for when the need arises to respond to an alarm activation at your premises. Your keys will be held in strict compliance with BS7984 at a secure premises, most local to your property. If you lose your keys, we're just a call away from helping you back into your business and if the need arises we can even assist you with lock changing. Once you have committed to proceed, we will attend your property to collect the keys and perform the site survey.
