Our company holds SIA Approved Contractor status for the provision of Key Holding and Security Guarding services but we also specialise in Alarm Response, Mobile Patrol and Event Security. Based on the outskirts of Monmouth in the beautiful Wye Valley, WYE SECURITY SOLUTIONS (WSS) was founded in 2016 by Managing Director Andy Element who has gained over 20 years of experience within the private security industry.
We offer a Key Holding Service for residential and commercial premises to respond to any issues in your absence through daily routine visits, regular inspections, lock up services and alarm activations. Our key holding service can deal with any issues at your property from locking up after staff to avoid your employees being responsible for carrying keys and opening up, switching heating on, turning off air conditioning, or anything else you require our officers to action on your site. Your keys are totally safe with us - we do not hold keys in our vehicles and all of our customers' keys are stored, unmarked and comply with regulatory standards and are fully insured.
WSS provide a 24/7 Alarm Response service to residential and commercial clients, working in conjunction with our key holding service, to respond to alarms, disruptions and emergencies. If your alarm is activated, then our control room is notified by your alarm company and one of our highly trained officers are deployed to your premises within industry standard time frames. We will attend your premises, source the issue of the activation and reset the alarm to ensure continued protection. If the alarm is a confirmed intruder and a break in has occurred, our officer will follow the pre-determined instructions, contact the police or fire brigade as necessary and remain onsite until the premises are secured again.
