For 25 years Sunderland Enterprise Park Management Company Limited (SEP) has been providing high quality and reliable security services for Sunderland Enterprise Park (Park) and the surrounding areas. We are dedicated to keeping our clients safe, secure, and protected. SEP has provided an effective and efficient security service to the Pentland Brands Northeast HQ, home to outdoor brand Berghaus, for over a decade. It offers an open and lock up service, regular patrols of the premises and monitoring of our own external CCTV system - all provided with helpful and professional service.

Mitie are a large intelligence-led security company providing fully licensed and trained security officers, along with local and national management support to the contract. A customer/client relationship has been built up over some years to provide the personnel to staff the Control Room 24/7. Provision of a vehicle and mobile patrol reporting equipment is also supplied in support of the Operations roles. SEPMLC works in Partnership with Mitie to provide a wide range of security services. SEPMCL works closely with the local Police and there is a local Police station located just off the park.

A vacant property can be vulnerable to theft, damage, potential squatters, vermin, fly tipping and graffiti issues. A vacant property can fall into disrepair and can also be inviting to trespassers. This could include a checklist for owners and landlords itemising the property condition, utility meter readings, a perimeter security check of windows and doors and any other issues which might have occurred. SEP assists Sunderland Association Football Club (SAFC) in providing Park & Ride services on match days and stadium concert events. This service has also been used for many other events. Weensure that the park is managed correctly with no risk of traffic issues for the park users, by coning off areas to avoid illegal parking during this period and by directing traffic to designated car parking areas. Support is provided to the events staff with our 24/7 Control Room staff.
