Within one week I have met with them, had a quote (more than reasonable), arranged installation and have a fully working alarm system to the exact requirements we wanted. Scott and Jamie visited today to service the alarm that was installed by him 4 years ago. There were a few issues with the alarm not connecting properly due to interference from an unknown source, but this was not a problem for them to resolve quickly.
They were clean and tidy, and their work was very professional, leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived. The issue was resolved efficiently, and the service was satisfactory. See you next year.
