The two directors have over 60 years experience in the scaffolding trade, in all aspects of industry. Our team is highly trained, skilled, experienced and motivated, with a high proportion of Advanced Scaffolders and Site Supervisors. They are all fully qualified CSCS (CISRS) members, Including the management team. Over the years the business has grown by providing unmatched levels of service and quality, which has generated numerous recommendations and repeat work. Our central Lancashire base enables us to service the areas of Lancashire, Manchester & West Yorkshire for all projects ranging from small domestic, commercial and industrial to large construction developments.
We confirm to TG20 (Technical Guidance 20.13), and work within HSE guidelines. Conformance sheets are generated for each structure using current software, which are attached to the Risk Assessments for each site. Our teams are on site to adapt and maintain the scaffolding as building progresses, providing an ongoing service to our customers. There is an Axess Scaffolding co-ordinator on each site, managing the day to day activity. This includes planning activity within the overall site plans. The Axess Scaffolding site supervisor visits the site periodically to check any Health and Safety, operational and other issues that may need dealing with.
Commercial scaffolding relates to industrial and commercial property, new build, extension and providing access. The work can be single large projects, with scaffolding builds that grow with the building. We work with various commercial building companies on some very large projects. Our stock of scaffolding equipment is extensive. At any one time, a significant amount is out on site, with backup stock at our headquarters. We primarily work with tube scaffolding, which can be used for a small to very large corporate projects.
Refurbishment and restoration projects requires a good understanding on the building and access to it. Older properties, whether commercial or domestic require care an sensitivity in the way they are treated. Axess Scaffolding Ltd has good experience with some challenging projects, giving you confidence in our scaffolding. This is where our high quality service really makes a difference to your project, we are able to handle the trickiest of refurbishment projects, working closely with our customer to ensure requirements are met.
