Synonymous with roofing, our company carries out work for Scotland's largest house builders, building contractors, local authorities and housing associations. From our inception in the mid 1960's our company has developed and prospoured to become one of Scotland's leading pitched roofing contractors, we provide a supply and fix service for all types of concrete and clay roof tiles and all new imported and second hand natural slate products. We are approved installers of all major pitched roofing products and with continued product training and development ensures our staff are at the forefront of our sector.

Careful planning, responsible management and leadership along with a talented and skilled workforce have ensured steady growth placing us as one of Scotland's leading external render providers. We carry out all types of traditional dry and wet dash roughcast works along with specialist external render and external wall insulation systems. The application methods used today are still traditionally hand applied however we also regularly use modern day machine spraying techniques. Braisby Roofing are approved applicators for all major manufacturers and pride ourselves on the amount of repeat business generated through Scotland's largest house builders, building contractors, local authorities and housing associations.

Through our specialist flat roofing division we deliver sustainable environmentally friendly roofing solutions, helping to pioneer the market with new inovative roofing systems and technologies. During the formation of this division we carried out a large amount of research considering only the most experienced manufacturers and best performing systems for you, our customer. We have chosen two manufacturers the ICB (International Construction Bureau Ltd) Alwitra Single Ply system and Icopal's single ply and bitumen felt membranes.
