Ryedale Roofing can act as a principal contractor to commercial and public organisations or as a specialist sub-contractor to major building companies. As members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) and the Lead Contractors Association (LCA) our work has been approved and vetted to provide the comfort of guaranteed protection and quality. We work hard to develop excellent, professional relationships with our clients, based on quality, reliability and good communication. All projects have a project manager to act as your primary point of contact, who personally oversees and manages the work from the initial stages through to completion.

Ryedle Roofing employs a skilled team of roofing specialists and craft operatives who are committed to undertaking conservation, repair, maintenance or restoration work on listed and historic buildings. We have worked on projects funded by English Heritage and on a number of National Trust properties. We're one of the few roofing companies in the region to have successfully applied for CSCS Heritage Skills Cards for our slater/tilers and lead workers. This means we have the specialist skills and the health and safety awareness to carry out heritage roofing jobs competently.

The extent of our slating knowledge and experience stems from decades of work and thousands of re-roofing projects. We frequently undertake a range of jobs from the typical terraced house to churches, mills, and schools. As slating forms the cornerstone of our work, there is very little that we have not seen and that our skilled and knowledgeable team of roofing specialist are not prepared to handle. Along with slating, tiling forms a large portion of our work. We stock and supply a range of tiles and pantiles in an array of styles, colours, materials, and textures to fit a variety of properties, budgets and tastes. Complete strip and retile services available. All scaffolding supplied, dealing with necessary permits and building notices and all debris removed from property leaving the site clean and tidy. We are happy to re-use existing tiles or slates if they are in a good condition and we cover concrete interlocking tiles, plain tiles, natural and synthetic slates. All the felt we use is BBM approved and breathable and all batten is treated. We cover all lead work and will be happy to visit your premises with tile/slate samples, so we will can help you create your perfect roof.
