Single Ply Systems consist of waterproof membranes which are applied to the roof area and upstand details, and are an excellent weatherproofing option to ensure your flat roof remains healthy. One of the benefits of a single ply system is the variation of installation available, including ballasted roofs, green roofs, and is also adapted to cope with high wind uplift. Applied directly to the roof deck, over a vapour barrier, insulation or a combination of layers, the membrane is sealed using adhesives or seam welding (or both!) and comes with a warranty of up to 30 years.

Sheeting and cladding are a cost effective solution to modernizing and enhancing traditional buildings, providing weather screening and insulation and assisting with associated energy efficiencies. RMS Grantham supply and install a wide range of sheeting and cladding, including both single ply and composite panels. Roofing and cladding can be used to brighten and revitalise your building and are available in a variety of colours and fininshes. Single skin sheeting and cladding comes in a variety of designs, and is named for the fact it comprises of a single layer sheet.

Our trained and qualified staff are available to schedule a roof inspection and offer advisory services for emerging problems. Cracked or broken guttering can give people the wrong impression, cause problems you don't want or need, and be a nightmare when the rains get heavier. At RMS Grantham we will assess your gutters and replace or repair them for you. When your gutters are leaking but not so corroded as to be unsalvageable you may benefit from having your gutters repaired. This takes many forms including bituminised bandage applications and coating applications. The greatest benefit to having your gutters repaired rather than replaced is that the process is both faster and less intrusive/disruptive. Often we can offer a clean and repair service for your gutters and are able to repair any damaged gutters (and/or roof segments) we may uncover through a thorough cleaning.

As an alternative to ripping out old guttering to replace or repair it, RMS Grantham also offer gutter lining. RMS install the unique Ampteam UNIFOLD gutter lining system to gutterings in situ and offer it in place of (and along side) gutter replacements. The UNIFOLD gutter lining system is manufactured to suit specific site sizes and requirements and is constructed of steel and EPDM. UNIFOLD gutter lining provides solutions to leaking aged gutters and can be fitted to the existing gutters without the necessity to remove the existing coverings or guttering.
