Proctors have been serving the relocation needs of clients in the Cambridge and East Anglia area for over thirty five years. Being a member of the BAR (British Association of Removers) means that you can expect a high quality of service from Proctors and more importantly from the men who will be undertaking your removal. Proctors are regularly inspected by the BAR and follow their code of practice. In most cases a surveyor will call and using the MoveMan software on a TabletPC and will make an accurate assessment of the size and special requirements of your items being moved.

Proctor Removals & Storage Ltd storage facility is at our premises in Sawston, Cambridge. We are able to handle the storage of your household effects on either a short or long term basis. We offer clean, secure storage using either 250 cuft containers or conventional storage. We will forward an inventory of goods stored by container where relevant. With notice you can have access to the items for a nominal fee, for inspection, removal or addition of goods as required. On delivery the inventory is checked as items are unloaded to ensure that all of your goods are delivered in the same condition as they were collected.

Careful planning and clear communication are critical to a successful move and following a visit from one of our commercial surveyors, we will submit a detailed proposal uniquely tailored to your move outlining how we will handle the move, the resources allocated and of course a competitive tender. Your key objectives will probably include keeping the wheels of business turning, achieving time schedules and deadlines and it is our job to ensure your removal is undertaken with the minimum disruption to your business at an affordable price.
