If you like the idea of being able to gain access to your goods at any time of the day or night, we have a selection of custom built self storage containers available to rent in our secure gated compound with full CCTV coverage. The units have their own air vents and roof insulation as well as rain gutters to prevent wet floors and are painted in superior maritime paint to withstand the elements. The roller-shutter doors are easy to open and each container is plywood lined throughout. Each container unit requires its own unique padlock allowing you access whenever you need it and without any involvement from the main office or warehouse.

Our warehouse has the latest security measures to ensure your peace of mind whilst your effects are in our care. We provide 24 hour secure storage, CCTV intruder and Redcare alarm systems. When coming into store, your goods will be wrapped and inventoried before being loaded into our purpose built storage containers where they will remain until delivery - whether it's just for a few days or several years.

As part on our ongoing commitment to quality, Luxfords has joined the Commercial Moving Group (CMG), a specialist sector of the British Association of Removers which offers a professional service for those companies wishing to arrange an entire relocation, or simply organise an internal move. All members of the CMG operate to the Commercial Moving Standard BS 8522 so you can be sure that your requirements will be handled in the best possible manner. We will assign a dedicated Project Manager to ensure all your requirements are taken into account and deliver a custom made service designed specifically to suit your business needs.

Our many years of experience ensure that we can move any variety of goods - not just household effects. As part of our service, we can provide purpose-built crates for your large, valuable items. These are specially made to measure the item we are moving, so you can keep them once the removal is complete for future use. If you have large garden planters with cherished shrubs and trees, we will be happy to arrange to move these, with the same care and attention, to your new property. Please show them to our surveyor when they call, and if necessary, we'll take photos so our crew will be fully prepared.
