We are a family run Norfolk removals business based near North Walsham, just 15 miles north east of Norwich. You have complete peace of mind with TJ's Man and Van as we are fully insured with Hire and Reward, Goods in Transit and Public Liability. Our location makes us easily accessible to the whole of the UK and we offer flexibility too with vehicles and payment terms. We can advise you on what suits your removal or house clearance moves best as we have a Luton van and a high top LWB Transit. We are happy to chat with you and visit you to assess which van would suit your needs best - most removals involve the Luton.

We will explain our insurance policies, chat about your moving date and how we protect your furniture and valuables.

We apply sound judgement when clearing houses in Norwich or elsewhere. Items that have a resale value will be deducted from the quote and we also liaise with charity shops for "up-cycling". Items that cannot be sold on or recycled, will be disposed of ethically and we hold a full waste carrier's licence. Some firms don't have this and you could end up fined if the clearance is disposed of illegally. We also highly recommend a cleaning company to leave your property ready to sell or rent.
