We have had many years experience in carrying out house and office clearances and have gained an excellent reputation throughout the industry. House clearances are overseen by Simon the Managing Director himself to ensure that items of value and interest are offered for sale at the right location ensuring that the customer receives the best price. When given instructions from a client we empty the contents of the property, remove all unwanted/un-saleable furniture and household effects and ensure that the property is left clean and tidy.

To help ease the stress of moving, Abbey Removals can offer a professional packing service with fully trained staff in handling and packing of all types of household items and furniture and we carry a full range of packing boxes and materials. For the customer who carries out their own packing we can provide a large variety of cardboard packing boxes, rolls of bubble wrap, packing tape and wardrobe boxes. We can handle almost anything you wish to store thanks to our Shrophire warehouse with industry standard containers or self-storage areas with personal access. All fully secure with CCTV. We have our own storage facilities at our North Shropshire Warehouse, giving you the facilities to store your household furniture safe and securely, long or short term. From conventional free standing to industry standard 250 cubic feet containers, we can also offer self-storage 20ft containers giving you personal access and your own keys.

Our extensive experience in the removals industry has taught us that most people when moving house use this as an opportunity to 'have a bit of a clear out'. This is fairly easy with small unwanted items but can be a problem with larger items of furniture, for example, if you are downsizing or simply your existing furniture 'won't go' in your new property.
