Poor product and worse than terrible aftercare from both the company technical MD and their help desk. Not returning my calls and simply left with an alarm that doesn't work as it should! I will be contacting Maplins today to see where I stand before contacting my solicitor as this piece of crap isn't fit for purpose!

I bought a MiGuard G5 GSM/SMS system. Explained to the guys what I wanted to do and they were extremely helpful in helping to work out the components I needed. The system arrived promptly and was easy to set up. Even when I was having a problem with the range extender one phone call determined the problem. The replacement arrived very quickly and I've had no problems. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and know their products inside out. Would recommend them to anyone.
