P.McCarthy Limited based in Brandon, Suffolk, was formed in 1989 by Paul McCarthy as a company who specialised in removals and export packing, on a sub-contract basis, for the local American Military Personnel and their families stationed at the various Air Force bases throughout the United Kingdom. The company grew in stature and in 1995, became involved with the transportation of the American Military Personnel's privately owned vehicles to and from the Port of Southampton, whilst also delivering vehicles to the various Vehicle Processing Centres in the United Kingdom.
