New Horizons was established in 2003 by Kingsley Oliver. Having worked for multi-national and national removal companies since 1993, Kingsley had realised there was a need for a different kind of service for the public, one that could offer not only quality standards with more thought, but also the personal touch that can be lost within the larger companies.
House Removals
New Horizons is a seasoned company specializing in removal services, utilizing modern vehicles and employing the latest industry practices. We offer both comprehensive packing services and standalone options, including premium protective covers and durable removal blankets. We understand that every move is unique and deserves personalized planning, considering all the variables involved.
Removals And Storage Services
To complement our removal services, we offer the supply of packing materials, carry out specialist packing and can store household and office furniture, offer self storage and archive/document storage.
Packing & Materials
If you have high value items such as antiques or fine art, we can pack/wrap the item and place in a bespoke made wooden case or crate to offer extra protection, support and rigidity. Wooden cases or crates for international shipments, will need to be made from wood that has been "heat treated and stamped" to satisfy customs. Wardrobe cartons are used to transport hanging garments in a crease free condition. We recycle boxes whenever we can and if they have been unpacked, they can be collected if we are in the area, provided they have been folded flat and are in a good re-usable condition.
Business & Office Removals
New Horizons are an experienced business and office moving company with access to all the modern equipment needed to move modern offices, schools, colleges, universities, and hospitals, light industrial and commercial businesses. To reduce the impact of the removal on your business, removal services can be scheduled and undertaken during evenings, night time, weekends and Bank Holidays. New Horizons can pack for you or we can supply packing materials and labels for your own packing. Furniture labels will also be supplied so that the furniture being moved can be labelled with the delivery location to ensure an efficient and accurate delivery.
European Moves
In fact, we specialise in this type of moving. In particular, we have acquired vast knowledge of the Belgium cities of Brussels and Bruges which sets us apart from most typical British removal companies. We are aware that in most European cities there is a need to organise permits with parking suspension and also to use Low Emission Zone (Umweltzone, Crit'Air Zone) compliant vehicles. In addition to this, if your move requires a delivery via a balcony, we can organise the hire of an external elevator.

We recently used New Horizons for both removals and storage. I have to say that we were very impressed from the very 1st email that we sent. We were more than happy with the quote given and the service we received was second to none. The whole team turned what could have been a potentially awful and stressful few days to a smooth and fault free service.
Kelly in the office is fantastic at responding and advising and the guys that did the moving were careful, polite and very hard working. Nothing was too much for them.
