Underfloor Heating requires only low temperature hot water and is ideal for use with modern condensing boilers. With Underfloor Heating, comfort levels are high and running costs are low. Utilising today's modern multilayer pipes, control systems and high efficiency boilers, the underfloor heating systems of today are extremely comfortable and controllable. Radiators are no longer needed so giving more room space.
Perhaps the best-established of the renewable energy options, solar water heating systems use free heat from the sun to warm domestic hot water. The systems use solar panels, called collectors, which are fitted to the roof. These gather the heat from the sun, which is used to warm water in a hot water cylinder. Larger solar panels can also provide energy to heat your home - though usually only in the summer months. Solar water heating systems work provide hot water all year round, though the water temperature may need to be given a boost with a boiler or immersion heater during the winter.

As you have a new boiler you will also be required to have your boiler serviced every year to uphold your manufacturer warranty. A one-off boiler service (recommended annually) can be carried out for a normal standard charge of just £75 (including VAT).
