We’ve used the guys several times for various jobs - boiler service, radiators, toilet fixes / replacements etc. And every single time the workmanship is 5 star, nothing ever to much trouble and every time we’ve used them they have turned up when they said they would. Just had a downstairs shower room and a upstairs bathroom designed and fitted by John Wheatley and we could not be happier. His team of work men are very polite, they are clean and tidy workers and nothing is too much trouble, the finish is wonderful. We would recommend this firm to anyone and we will definitely use them again.

If you are looking for a professional, outstanding & caring company who advise & inspire you from the first visit to the showroom, all the way through to the end result, John Wheatley and his great team do just that. We were so impressed with the whole process of choosing a new bathroom, which was a visit to the showroom and then John came twice to our home, through to telephone call with Charlotte and updated emails. We had a call the day the installation was to start to confirm the exact time Michael & Adam would arrive. Emails about regarding when Bob the electrician would arrive. Every step of the way we were kept updated and nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the clearing up and tidying up afterward was first class. We cannot fault anything and would recommend the company to anyone who was thinking of having a bathroom makeover.

Absolutely delighted with the job carried out by J. Wheatley gas plumbing and heating , I found John and Mick to be very friendly and they did a top job replacing my old bath and installing a new walk in shower. I was also impressed with the way I was kept up to date from Charlotte at the office about my wet panels that they had to order in for me, all in all a top job and I would definitely recommend 10/10

Just had our bathroom remodelled by John and his team and wow what a stunning job they've done, now looks like a five star hotel. I couldn't praise them enough, very efficient clean and tidy, nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommended.

Well what can I say john whestley plumbing service provided was outstanding from the moment they called to confirm their arrival in 20 minutes. They appeared within the appointment window, pleasant and ready to work. They showed respect for my home by keeping their feet covered as they went in and out of the house. This was very important as I have hardwood floors and on the day of my appointment there was a major ran storm in progress.
Frankly it was also surprising that they kept the appointment, given the bad weather. ,
Also of note once assessing my plumbing issues and providing me with clear options and expert recommendations, the boilerI needed to be fixed was a condemned by another plumber who didn't do the job right in the first place . Again these gentlemen went above and beyond to get the product onsite and make the installation of the boiler
I would recommend this company to others, although , the service, quality of work and the professionalism of these two technicians equates to money well spent!
Finally, I like to recommend both john wheatley . and mel wheatley for recognition by your company in all the ways in which you honor valuable family run business.

We have had several jobs carried out now and been very pleased each time. Very swift, professional, friendly, very reasonable prices and very clean workers. John was called in to look at a problem with one of our boilers and came quickly and fixed the problem efficiently, we were happy when we received our bill too. It was great to find someone who doesn't try to rip you off on an emergency call out. Since then we now use him for all our services and repairs on all our sites boilers.
