BRC Heating & Plumbing Ltd was founded in 2001 by Ben Rogers. Ben initially ran the company as a sole trader, and the business has gradually expanded over the years as our reputation has spread. We became a limited company in early 2013, now with four full time engineers, an apprentice and two members of staff in the office. Ben has been working as a plumbing & heating engineer since 2002, having previously worked in the building trade. Ben then moved into plumbing, and studied to qualify in both gas and oil.

Ben is busy working up a quote for us to replace the boiler and install an unvented system. In the interim I decided to do some DIY to remove an unused basin in a bedroom but had difficulties stopping the cut pipes leaking after installing a couple of push fit cap ends. I phoned Ben in desperation and he calmly advised me on a number of options I could take before considering him coming out on an emergency call. His advice did the trick so really appreciated his time

BRC provided a very professional service replacing an oil boiler and two radiators. All work carried out carefully, protecting carpets etc and efficiently. Sam was very friendly and helpful explaining controls etc and I would use them again.

It’s pretty unusual these days to find a reliable, professional, and responsive contractor, BRC have demonstrated all these things in the recent replacement of our domestic oil storage tank. Top tip - if your oil boiler has stopped working, check your oil levels! We get quite a lot of callouts to boiler breakdowns that turn out to be due to lack of heating oil (oops) but if this happens to you and you manage to get a delivery organised, we will come back asap and get your heating back.

We are still out working (carefully) during Lockdown 3.0 to help keep our customers warm. One of last weeks jobs was in Woolsery to replace a split plastic heating oil tank with a discreet Tuffa steel fire protected tank. Due to the proximity of the boundary fences/garage/ shed we used a 30.
Always lovely to get some positive feedback from a customer.
