Biomass boilers should be serviced at least once annually to ensure efficient operation. Each boiler has a certain fuel throughput before a service is required, so more frequent servicing will be required if it is used excessively. Your boiler needs to be properly maintained as instructed by the manufacturer.

I can't sing the praises of Adam and his team enough. A couple of years ago we had a company install our biomass with an inadequate tank and system to meet the needs of our home, and recently we had a disaster with our tank and lost all heating and hot water! Within a week Adam and his son Robert had the system repaired and upgraded it. We can now have a warm house and are able to have enough hot water for as many showers as we like! I know I can ring or text and get the information I need to keep our system running smoothly and the advice is always helpful. We also get our pellets supplied by Adam and have never been left without any. Adam has even delivered during the weekend when we have left things last minute! Thank you again for all you did for us that week, the service we continually receive from your company is fantastic!
