The plumbing side of Donnelly's was founded on the domestic heating market with the more commercial aspects of the business being developed over the last 10 years. The company is involved with many new build projects and is responsible in the majority of projects for both the heating and plumbing installations and services. We find that this works well, as any future employer has only the one sub-contractor to deal with. On the more commercial side of the market, we have carried out all the plumbing work in several big Superstores, at Lanark, Leven and the prestigious Parkhead Forge.

We recently used Donnelly & Co to put in a new boiler and heating system, from start to finish everyone we dealt with at this company was absolutely fantastic, they really helped us by ensuring that we got the job done quickly and the guys were so hard working, professional and went over and above. First class service. Have boiler service contract with SAGA which hadn’t been carried out. Phoned them first thing last Monday and they said they’d contact your firm. By the time I got email confirmation from Saga your firm had already contacted me and appointment was set up for later same morning. Jordan attended right on time and carried out service efficiently. Superb service from your company and deserves the five star rating. Would certainly recommend Wm. Donnelly & Co.

Insurance company sent someone from this company to look after my broken boiler (Vaillant F.22 error). 10 visits in total with variant peoples from this company, senior engineers etc. They replaced board (same board twice), pump, aqua sensor, some valve, other sensors, I even bought thermostat ( beacuse I was told was broken even if there was no issue with him before they arrived). Almost 3 weeks of trying , at the end they said I need new heat exchanger. Manager told me it is too expensive to fix so they will send a report to my insurance company so I can claim £250 off my new boiler. Called Insurance the other day and I was told that WM Donnelly reported in their report that I need flushing the whole system therefore my insurance will not cover this. Now I have gentleman at home who did complete flushing the system and guess what? boiler is still with the same issue with same error? Cuincidance? NO, bunch of clowns!!!!! Avoid all of those unexperinced people at all costs!

This company came to us for a boiler repair through an insurance product. Our boiler was beyond repair - which we knew - and they provided us with a competitive and comprehensive quote to install a new boiler. They were easy to deal with, the staff who worked in the house were hard working and friendly, I was happy having them in the house and they were great at explaining everything to me (and my two small children who had their own questions!). We had a small teething problem which was solved immediately the morning I called them. Great service and helpful friendly team. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again.

After having numerous quotes from different contractors, I chose WM Donnelly to plan and fit an ensuite bathroom as their price was very competetive compared to the rest, they were well established, local and could do the job from start to finish. Patrick (the Project Manager) listened to me and understood the kind of job I was looking for and designed my bathroom taking into account our requirements. The builders, plumbers and electricians were first class and worked around my availability as I work full time. Any time I needed to discuss the job, I could call their office and speak with someone knowledgable. The girls in the office were polite and curteous too ( Jessica, Stacey and Caitlin)I am now arranging to have a new boiler fitted soon and I am confident they are the best company for the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone including friends and family.

We picked Donnelly & Co to convert our ensuite shower room into a wet room. I am disabled and needed extra space so allow me to wash. We found that not only was the quality of workmanship excellent, the sales person Patrick showed care and understanding for the problems I was having. With his experience we were able to pick the correct fittings and finishings, which has given us not only a very functioning shower room, but one that we are delighted with.
