Excellent service and drain repair work - they couldn't do enough to help us sort our drain issues. We'd been having problems with our drains for months and had already had 2 companies come out to survey the issue, but they never got back to us with an estimate. From the moment we contacted Express Clear, they were efficient and helpful. They sent Rob, one of their engineers, out straight away to assess the work that needed doing. Rob was helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the issues clearly and assured us they could repair the drains. Keeley (in operations) sent us an estimate within 2 days of the visit and booked us in for the work the following week. It felt slightly uncomfortable paying for the work prior to completion but trusted what the company had advised and their assurances.
We had continuity of service, as Rob came back to complete the work, keeping us informed at all stages. It wasn't an easy job patching up some old and awkward drains, but he and his fellow engineer were determined to get it sorted. They worked their socks off and left the place clean and tidy on completion. Our drains have always been troublesome and when we had a further issue with the drains a week or so later, Rob came straight back out to fix it for us. Rob was amazing throughout - determined and professional. We had regular and clear communication with the team, with Keeley, Rob, Rachael and Shane, the Director and we would not hesitate to the recommend Express Clear Drainage.

From start to finish, Express Clear were very efficient. The girls in the office were extremely helpful along with the engineers who cleared the blocked drain at my home address. I will be using them again, and I would highly recommend them to others too.
